Our mission is to empower Youth Peer Support Specialists and foster systemic change through comprehensive training programs, creating a thriving community that supports the growth and development of healthy youth, locally and beyond.

Our vision is to cultivate flourishing communities and empower Youth Peer Support Specialists, locally and globally, through evidence-based practices and comprehensive training services. By leveraging our lived experiences, we aim to inspire personal and professional growth, reduce harm, and foster connection among youth and young adults and their peers.

We are deeply committed to integrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principles into our team culture, programs, and services. As a Training Department, we understand the significant role we play in contributing to individuals and communities. We are dedicated to making our offerings inclusive, equitable, and accessible to everyone.
